I'm going to give myself a couple of months to settle into motherhood, and then start a brand new routine. I'll be breastfeeding, so won't me gymming it or even running for a good while yet, but I'm planning on getting back into daily yoga and pilates and will add more cardio when I feel ready - I've spotted the Postnatal Tae Bo DVD, which looks promising!
I've really missed being out of the running in the shopping and fashion stakes, and missing the most fabulous Autumn style in a long while, but am hoping I'll be back on track for the summer season.
