Anyway, I'm not getting hung up about it, just making sure I keep hydrated and only have salad leaves for dinner.
Oh yeah, and I've lost 2" from my gut. Yay!
Goal 1: 150 lbs (5 lb loss) DONE
Goal 2: 145 lbs (10 lb loss) DONE
Goal 3: 140 lbs (15 lb loss) DONE
Goal 4: 135 lbs (20 lb loss) DONE
Goal 5: 130 lbs (25 lb loss)
Ultimate: 125 lbs (30 lb loss)
